This respected organisation has a long standing reputation for delivering high quality commercial builds and offers permanent roles supported by a strong pipeline of work.

• $15M Demolition / Newbuild Apartment Development – Fremantle
• $5M Extension / Fitout – Midland

About You
You’ll be an experienced Site Manager with a proven track record delivering commercial building projects and the capability to lead onsite operations with confidence, clarity and strong stakeholder engagement.

You will bring:
• Demonstrated experience delivering commercial building projects
• Trade or tertiary qualifications in Building & Construction
• Strong capability in planning, programming and scheduling
• Proven ability to lead and manage onsite labour, equipment and subcontractors
• A proactive approach to health, safety and compliance
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and deliver projects onsite from start to finish
• Manage subcontractors, trades, staff and equipment to ensure efficient delivery
• Drive project outcomes across time, cost, quality, safety and stakeholder satisfaction
• Maintain and improve the construction program
• Conduct safety audits, toolbox talks, ITPs and coordination meetings
• Provide practical solutions to daily onsite challenges
• Mentor and support team members to achieve their full potential
• Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
